FriendCash Account Closure Guide
If you'd like to terminate your FriendCash account, here's our simple process:
1. Repay Any Outstanding Loans
Before you can request to delete your account, make sure all outstanding loans are fully repaid through the FriendCash app.
2. Request Account Deletion
You can choose either of the following methods:
Option A: Via the FriendCash App
Once your balance is cleared:
- Open the FriendCash app
- Go to Account Settings → Account Deletion
- Select Erase Account Data and confirm
- Your request will be processed immediately
Option B: Via Email Request
Alternatively, you may:
- Send an email to help@friendcash.cc
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered mobile number for verification
- Our team will review and complete the process within 3 business days
Important Notes
- This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. All associated data—including transaction history and personal details—will be permanently erased from our system.
